Ibsens Hotel is placed only five minutes from the shopping streets and Nørreport Station, where the metro, busses and trains connect Copenhagen with the rest of Denmark and abroad. The hotel is in the middle of the charming Nansensgade neighborhood in downtown Copenhagen with the city buzz nearby. Here, you will find cozy cafés, the local bakery, and one-of-a-kind designs. Right down Nansensgade is the entrance to our private parking lot which is exclusive for guests at the hotel. Here, you can almost always find a free spot right next to the hotel.

Ibsens Hotel is located within walking distance from the Copenhagen traffic nerve center, Nørreport Station, where the metro, busses, S-trains, national and international trains operate. From here it is only a 15-minute metro ride to the Copenhagen Airport Kastrup (CPH) and a few minutes with the S-train to Copenhagen Central Station.

If you are looking for an easy way to get around the city, you can also rent a electric vehicle from Green Mobility or SHARE NOW. The city car services are available at the airport and throughout the city.
When staying at Ibsens Hotel, you don’t need to worry about finding a place to park your car. We have a private parking lot and it’s almost always possible to find an available space. You enter the parking lot via Nansensgade 49. Please note that Nansensgade is a one-way street.
From the parking lot, it’s just a short walk across the courtyard to the reception. Remember your license plate number as you will need to register your car in the reception. Parking costs DKK 350 for the rest of the day + 24 hours. It is not possible to reserve a parking spot.
If you drive an electric vehicle, you can charge your car by one of our five charging stations at the parking lot.
