Arthur Hotels’ overall objective is to maintain the highest level of security for our guests and customers, and this also applies to the protection of personal data.

- Personal data collected in connection with the booking of hotel rooms or conference facilities is stored for up to 5 years after the end of your stay. This is necessary to comply with bookkeeping legislation and legislation concerning guest registration.
- As a general rule, personal data is not disclosed to third parties, but Arthur Hotels may be required to disclose personal data pursuant to applicable law or by decision of a public authority.
Use of website and cookies
On our website, you can find information about our hotels, conference facilities, and much more. When you use our website, we collect information for the purpose of improving our website, analyzing the use of our digital services, measuring the effectiveness of our communications and marketing, and, where you have given consent, tailoring content and advertisements to your interests.
