Cancellation terms

Cancellation terms for stays booked and/or paid through our website are clearly marked in the description of the stay in the booking window, as well as in the booking summary on the booking confirmation sent via email after booking.

Special cancellation terms for groups: When booking more than five rooms on our website, different conditions and additional fees may apply. We will always contact you if this applies to your booking.

Complaint procedure

We strive to ensure that our guests always have the best possible experience while staying with us. If, contrary to expectations, you are dissatisfied with your stay, please contact the hotel staff. We are always interested in finding a solution to any complaints.

If you and the hotel staff are unable to find a satisfactory solution initially, you have the option to contact the Complaints Board for Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism under the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority.
