Conference rooms for every type of meeting

Our meeting rooms are found in the courtyard between Ibsens Hotel and Hotel Kong Arthur. We have plenty of different kinds of meeting rooms in the three-story building with room for most kinds of meetings, although we specialize in meetings of 2 to 60 people.

Walking distance to Nørreport Station

A short 7-minute walk is all that comes between your meeting at Hotel Kong Arthur and Nørreport Station. At Nørreport, you can ride with the metro, busses, S-trains, and regional trains. You will also find city bikes that can be rented through a mobile app.

Private parking lot

Right next to the meeting center you’ll find our private parking lot. Go to Nansensgade 49 to find the entrance way. The parking lot is reserved to the guests of the hotel as well as visiting guests and costs DKK 350 for the rest of the day + 24 hours. Remember to register your plate number in the reception where you will also be able to pay for parking.

If your meeting is shorter, you are also able to pay by the hour in the machine on the lot.

If you drive an electric vehicle, you can charge your car by one of our five charging stations at the praking lot.

Hybrid meetings

Arrange a meeting with some of the participants gathered at Hotel Kong Arthur and others remotely. We have the technical equipment of video and audio that automatically transmit the meeting. It’s super easy to use.

Everything on one bill

When choosing a meeting package, everything is included. This means that all food and beverages served during the meeting day are included in the agreed price.

Delicious organic food

Our chefs prepare most of the served dishes from scratch and make sure that 70% of it is made from organic produce. Our pastries are made by Mark Hermann, a former dessert chef at Geranium and Søllerød Kro.

Choose among three restaurants

You get to decide on where to have lunch among two of our on-site restaurants: Italian La Rocca, Spanish Pintxos and Japanese Sticks’n’Sushi.

Working lunch

If your schedule is tight and you only have time for a quick lunch, you can grab a bite to eat while you stay busy. Sticks, sushi and salad can be served in the meeting room. If you’re more in the mood for a sandwich, you can get them delivered from the kitchen.

Green courtyard

Enjoy a break in our lovely courtyard that is right by the meeting rooms. Or use the courtyard as an active part of your meeting day.

Cozy Hour every afternoon

We invites all our guests to enjoy a refreshment in the lobby between 5 and 6 pm, and of course participants in the conference rooms are invited as well. Please notify the meeting hostess if you wish to participate.
